Does anyone have any ideas on how to keep my youngest out of the bathroom while still allowing access to my other potty trained children? He can open the door so just shutting it is not enough. He doesn't really put things in the toilet but instead uses the toilet as a step ladder to get to other things he thinks he needs.

I have no idea why toddlers are so attracted to the toilet. Baylor will rip toilet paper into tiny shreds and drop them into the toilet one by one. On a really lucky day he won't try to fish the toilet paper out.
